Terms of Service

1. Agreement and scope

These Terms govern access to AtomCyou at atom.cyou, including its dashboard, APIs, payment-webhook processing, licensing-key management, and license issuance services (the “Service”). By creating an account, creating a project, or using an AtomCyou API, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The Service is intended for developers and businesses that distribute and license their own applications. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

2. What AtomCyou provides

AtomCyou connects a project owner’s application with CorePort payment confirmation. After receiving a valid signed payment webhook, AtomCyou validates the order, amount, currency, configured slippage, and project capacity before issuing an offline-verifiable license certificate. Browser redirects are informational and never constitute payment confirmation.

You are responsible for integrating the Service and flutter_licensing correctly, selecting tiers and prices, maintaining accurate customer identifiers, and deciding whether licenses replace one another or may run simultaneously.

3. Accounts and project security

• Project-owner accounts currently use Google authentication.
• You are responsible for access to your Google account and activity performed through your AtomCyou session.
• You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access to contact@atom.cyou.
• You must use opaque customer identifiers and must not place unnecessary personal or sensitive information in identifiers, project slugs, tier IDs, or webhook metadata.
• You are responsible for bundling and rotating public trust keys safely in your applications.

4. Signing keys and certificates

AtomCyou generates and stores a private Ed25519 signing key for each project. The private key is encrypted before storage and is not made available for download. You may rotate it through the dashboard after confirmation. You are responsible for distributing the new public key before relying on certificates signed by it and for retaining old public keys while previously issued certificates remain valid.

A certificate reflects the project configuration and verified payment event at issuance. You remain responsible for your licensing promises, refunds, customer support, application behavior, and compliance with laws applicable to your customers.

5. Fees, capacity, and payment

Project capacity is sold in minimum 30-day periods: USD 10 for up to 1,000 active licenses, USD 100 for up to 10,000, and USD 1,000 for up to 1,000,000. Capacity above 1,000,000 is offered under separately agreed Enterprise pricing. Prices exclude taxes that you are legally required to pay.

Payments are completed through CorePort and are subject to CorePort’s terms. AtomCyou does not receive your payment credentials. Unless expressly stated during checkout, project periods are not charged automatically. Fees are non-refundable after a paid service period starts, except where applicable law requires otherwise or the Service explicitly agrees.

6. Expiration, grace period, and suspension

If a project is not extended by its payment deadline, it enters a five-day grace period. During grace, existing service remains available and notices may be sent to the account email. At the end of grace, the project is suspended. A successful project payment restores service. Suspension may prevent new orders or license retrieval and does not extend customer certificates automatically.

We may also suspend access immediately where reasonably necessary to address abuse, a security risk, unlawful activity, sanctions restrictions, or a material breach of these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use or assist others to use the Service to:

• violate law, sanctions, third-party rights, or contractual obligations;
• license malware, deceptive software, stolen software, or products you are not authorized to distribute;
• submit forged webhooks, replay transactions, bypass payment or capacity controls, probe private endpoints, or obtain another customer’s certificate;
• interfere with, overload, scrape, reverse engineer where prohibited, or compromise the Service;
• send spam or provide false, misleading, or unlawful customer information.

8. Your data and customer responsibilities

You retain rights in project information and customer data you submit. You authorize us to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and comply with legal duties relating to the Service. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and providing any required notice to end customers whose identifiers or email addresses you send to AtomCyou.

When AtomCyou processes end-customer personal data on your behalf, you determine the purpose of that processing and must handle end-customer requests. We will provide reasonable assistance subject to technical capability, applicable law, and verification of the request.

9. Third-party services

The Service depends on third parties, including Google for sign-in, Cloudflare for hosting, database and transactional email infrastructure, CorePort for payments, and the configured Open Bank Project FX endpoint for currency conversion. Their services and terms are separate from ours. We are not responsible for an interruption or decision made by a third-party service, but we will take reasonable steps to operate AtomCyou reliably.

10. Intellectual property

AtomCyou and its licensors retain rights in the Service, branding, documentation, and software, excluding your data and applications. These Terms do not transfer ownership. You may use the APIs and documentation only to integrate and operate your projects under these Terms.

11. Availability and disclaimers

We may update, maintain, or modify the Service and will try to avoid unnecessary disruption. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtomCyou is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, data, business opportunity, or customer claims. AtomCyou’s aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected project during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.

13. Ending use of the Service

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. Before deleting a project, export any public keys or records you are required to retain. Deletion or account closure may make licenses, orders, and keys unavailable. We may retain limited transaction, security, or legal records where required or permitted by law.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, security, or third-party requirements. We will update the date above and provide additional notice for material changes where reasonably practicable. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
